Step 1: On Site Security Containers
Shred Managers provides your business with lockable security containers at no charge. We will lock your containers after collection and then transport your records in a fully enclosed, locked truck.
Step 2: Materials Collection by Shred Managers
A uniformed Shred Managers representative will collect your materials as directed. You know who they are and what their purpose is on your property. All of Shred Managers representatives are carefully screened and easily identifiable so you can feel secure and confident in their service.
Step 3: Materials Readied for Shredding
Your material will remain locked up until ready for shredding. Most materials are shredded within 24 hours. We can accommodate scheduled pickup so you can easily count on shredding pick up.
Step 4: "Destruction Beyond Reconstruction"
Our shredders destroy beyond the ability to be reconstructed. The shredded materials are baled and sent to recyclers.
Step 5: Confirmation of Destruction
When the destruction is complete, we issue a Notarized Certificate of Destruction. This document ensures that your business is complying by all Federal and State standards.
